 Our Community Outreach program connects directly with individuals and families facing hardship throughout Broward County.

We believe real change begins with presence — showing up, listening, and offering meaningful support.

Through outreach initiatives, we:

• Connect individuals to housing resources and referrals
• Provide guidance toward employment and income opportunities
• Offer wellness support and life-skills encouragement
• Distribute essential resources during times of need

Our approach is relationship-centered. We meet people where they are — physically and emotionally — and help them identify practical next steps toward stability and growth.
