Second Chance Incorporated of Florida (“Second Chance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Florida nonprofit corporation organized for charitable and educational purposes and intends to operate as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.  We respect the privacy of individuals who interact with our websites, programs, events, donations, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
